At legacy clinics, we are building a system or model where within a shortest time possible a patient can access all medical services under one roof. In this unique model, we have simply bundled up all the key medical services together, including ; consultation, diagnosis, imaging, laboratory and dental, coupled with teams of experienced doctors and nurses. Doctors are of various specialities, including ; paediatricians, urologists, neurologists, orthopaedics, gynaecologists, internists, chiropractor, oncologists to mention but a few. This defines the competitiveness of Legacy Clinics in terms of offering quicker services to patients. In addition, the customer care unit, comprised of the help desk, receptionists, a call Centre and online doctor appointment system are designed to ensure the best patient relation experience.

In just a few years, the number of patients has more than tripled. This is an indication that citizens embrace our services. This however poses a challenge to us in terms of maintaining the quality and standards to continue performing beyond our clients’ expectations.

Last but not least, we envisage a much stronger brand that is associated with quality and quicker medical services. More concerted efforts continue to go in this area.
