Mr. Mugabo Geoffrey / Customer Care Manager

Since joining Legacy Clinics in 2018, Mugabo Geoffrey has grown through the ranks with dedication and commitment to patient-centered service. He began his journey as a Customer Care Representative, where he built a reputation for compassion, professionalism, and excellent communication with patients.

With proven attention to detail, he transitioned into the Insurance Department, supporting claims sorting and coordination to ensure smooth service delivery for patients and partners. His strong performance, leadership qualities, and deep understanding of Legacy’s operational standards paved the way for his promotion to Customer Care Manager.

In his current role, he oversees the entire customer care team, ensuring that every patient who visits Legacy Clinics receives not only timely medical attention but also warmth, empathy, and clear guidance. His leadership reflects Legacy’s values of compassion, efficiency, and innovation, making him an integral part of our mission to deliver world-class healthcare experiences in Rwanda.
