At the core of Legacy customer care is a team of young, passionate, self-motivated, compassionate front office Customer Care Officers whose cardinal role is to receive and orient patients. We believe that the manner we receive, orient and care for our patients is the foundation of effective medication. Thus, Customer Care plays a pivotal role in the medication and healing process of our patients.

Using the electronic queuing machine, patients are served on first-come-first serve basis. The Nursing Department will immediately takeover for the initial screening and further orientation of the patient to the relevant Doctor for consultation.
